Changes from Beta 8:
- Added an option for server admins to have clients read and agree to some server rules
- Added potential fix for CTF flag exploits
- Locked down player rotation and input even more (please report any problems potentially related to this)
- "system names" (WebAdmin, DemoRecSpectator and UTV2004) are no longer allowed for players
- Hopefully made mid-game class checks less laggy (not those with the special message)
- another attempt at fixing UTComps crappy menu percistency bug
- The first 10 objects with illegal names are reported in the Anti TCC log file
- Fixed reporting pointless but harmless class names getting reported as crash attempts
- Reduced bandwidth requirements for skins check

- Added basic detection for faked key events (just in case, might not wrk with all mods)
- Rotation lock should now also work with most mods that replace the PlayerController

Next beta, this time with a fix for the InputClass and KeyEvent problems.
Changes from Beta 10:
Added a fix for the incorrect Faked KeyEvent detection
The view rotation lock can be disabled again (the feature was always turned on due to a bug)
All file and MD5 checks triggering the client agreement question are now listed in the server log on map start
Cheats can no longer fire while a menu page or the console is open
Fixed a bug where a package containing resource group (for textures, staticmeshes, etc.) named Object would cause a kick for a suspicious class
To add a little more fun: Added a feature that spawns (invisible) players around the map to distract aimbots.
Fixed players without a soundcard getting kicked
More tweaks to the interaction check (damn StreamInteraction)
Fixed AntiTCC's InputClass getting saved to INI and thus disabling any input on non-AntiTCC servers
Fixed a typo in the message for modified files (why didn't anyone see that?)

Fixed false Faked KeyEvents when toggling fullscreen mode
Some garbage-collection improvements (even though there shouldn't be any problems)
Fixed incorrect view rotation in vehicles and random view rotation jumps
further improved Input Inconsistency detection (should detect NOT firing while pressing fire button now; please report any problems with this part)
Added a client-side warning when self-integrity checks are disabled
A final attempt at removing those damn persistent UTComp menus before they cause trouble. If that doesn't work, UTComp can go love itself.
Fixed invalid class name detection for packages with minus sign, parentheses, square brackets or curly braces in their name
Added a hard-coded IP blacklist in addition to the ID blacklist for those servers that insist in not using UTAN.
bSpawnFakePlayers is automatically disabled in Invasion. You still need to use config profiles (see readme) to disable it for other gametypes with built-in radar
Class names without a dot in the ?Class= URL parameter no longer cause a log warning
Fixed a potential source of logspam during demo playback

Changes since Beta 12:
Made sure the controller's PlayerSecurity is set correctly (was the cause for lots of Accessed Nones and some input problems)
Added some sanity checks to prevent bad things from happening (log spam, invisible players in demo playback, etc.)
Added bAlwaysShowAgreement option so the custom agreement text is displayed to the player everytime he connects to the server. (Note that a map change is the same as reconnecting for the UnrealEngine!)
Completely unpatched clients (v3186) are no longer allowed. They should upgrade anyway.
Possibly fixed a runaway loop crash in ClientCheckClasses() by executing it after (not while) initializing.
Added a fix for PlayerStarts with incorrect rotation values. (All those PlayerStarts will be reported in your server's log file, in case you want to notify the map author.)
Added some bandwidth optimizations to the secured PlayerController, regarding client position adustments and serverside ping update.
Added a fix to prevent fake player pawns from increasing demo file size.

This version should really fix the "Security actor not ticked" problems and will produce more meaningful (to me, anyway) output in case of failed self-integrity checks.
Additionally spaces in the LogFileTimeStampFormat are now correctly converted from "webadmin spaces" (ASCII 160) to "real spaces". (ASCII 32)

Upgraded to beta 24. Should fix incorrect spawn rotation as well as the admin faker's name occassionally showing up on the HUD. Reverted the mutator's name to the white-listed "MutAntiTCCFinal" for now.

[UT2004/Beta] Anti TCC v1.19 Beta 25 / request to G15 users
Alright, Beta 25 should bring support for the new UT2004 patch for the G15 keyboard. (v3372; the two betas 3370/1 might not be supported)
I've also added a few performance improvements and fixed a bug in connection with Fire or AltFire being bound to the Alt key (Ctrl and Shift are probably also affected) that would generate Input Inconsistencies in certain cases.
Changes since Beta 24:
Keybinds are analyzed more efficiently.
Added an "input history" to Input Inconsistency logs to hopefully help identifying potential bugs.
Some improvements to the rotation lock feature (better support for other PlayerController classes)
Small modifications to the new ping algorithm (hopefully saves some network bandwidth)
Slightly improved performance of background class checks.
Added support for UT2004 v3372 (G15 patch)
